When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped between 1-7 business days to process and ship out your orders! We appreciate your patience and understanding.

How do I know what Size?!

These tees are unisex. If you are going for a fitted get your regular size if you want an OVERSIZED look we recommend sizing up!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At the moment no, but if you do have a problem with your order contact me!

Can I cancel my order after ordering?

Unfortunately, because we have limited inventory we are unable to allow orders to be returned or cancelled.

When will more designs come out?

We are fixing to get more designs soon! Possibly in the summer...

Care tips for my jewelry?

To keep your shopjannabear jewelry in the best possible condition, please follow these instructions to ensure the best protection:

- Remove when sleeping or coming in contact with water
-When not in use store your pieces in a jewelry bag/box
-Roll gently when putting on/taking off.
-Avoid overstretching

How do I become an Ambassador?

As we wish everyone can become an ambassador for shop.jannabear which is our plans for the future. We usually look for people with good quality photos! (spots are limited) If you do think your right for the Job sign the form below!! Taking serious offers only!! Ambassadors are evaluated monthly and can be kept for another round based on evaluation of content, commissions, etc.

Why the name Jannabear?

Ever since I was little that was my nickname from my parents! So I decided to bring a long that name into my brand.

Any shipping delays?

Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 closures and safety concerns, as well as weather events. Your order may be impacted by these delays.
